Fairchase Outfitters is a trophy deer hunting operation located in the top producing counties of Minnesota; Winona County and Houston County have long been known for rugged bluff country, fertile soil, and record book whitetail bucks. Fairchase Outfitters manages over 4000 acres of continuous bluff country. Big bucks can grow old because Fair Chase Outfitters manages a continues tract of land. The trophy buck potential is as good here as anywhere. Our deer hunts are archery focused, with some limited management gun hunts.
